2. Next day deliveries will be despatched the same day if you order before 2pm on weekdays (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 2pm will be despatched the following day.

Orders received on Friday after 2pm and over the weekend will be dispatched the
following Monday.

3. Our office hours are 9am-4:30pm Mon-Fri.

4. Orders may be made through our website or by phone on 0845 6036862.

5. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards (we do not accept American Express).

6. All items come with a 10 day money back guarantee if you are at all dissatisfied (subject to being unused and returned in original packaging). Please note we cannot refund postage and packaging charges in this situation.

7 Please note we cannot exchange underwear or apron items for health reasons.

8. Any breakages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

9. Please call us if you have any special delivery requirements.

10. We cannot be held responsible for any further delivery or custom charges incurred once the goods have left our premises.

11. The statutory rights of the consumer are not affected by the terms of our service.

12. All of our prices are inclusive of VAT.

13. Unless otherwise stated all products are covered by a 12 month warranty.

14. We reserve the right to cancel any order without notice.

15. Where deliveries are made and there is no one to reserve the right to charge delivery again.


	Online Shopping
	We have taken great care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. However, the images you see will depend on display and colour capabilities of your monitor. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise Before you place an order you should read the following: Acceptance of your Order, Delivery Information and Returns Policy. These pages form part of these Terms and Conditions and contain important information about your order.

	By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. If the Billing details for your order are the same as your Delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing details.

	Acceptance of your Order
	Shortly after you have placed an order with us by pressing the ‘Make a Payment Button’ an email will be sent to you acknowledging the exact details of your order. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Urbanattitude.co.uk

	Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Urbanattitude.co.uk will take place when your order is dispatched, unless you have cancelled the order in accordance with the Order Cancellation instructions set out below. Except for goods that are made to your specifications , we do not take payment for your goods until the order is ready for dispatch.

	Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
	1) The product you ordered being out of stock, see Product Availability. 2) Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment, for example due to the type of card you are using for the transaction. 3) The identification of a pricing or product description error Failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions Internet orders will be confirmed by email.
